Tool for creating and managing users to access on Eurysco.

Add User #
Click on the Add User button to create a new user by filling out the following form:
Username: [Text Area Field] Fill in the field with one or more names listed to create one or more users massively with the same characteristics.
Group: [Select Field: Administrators|Auditors|Operators|Users|Customized…] Select the Group to belong to assign required permissions for the user.
Domain: [Select Field: eurysco Domain|LDAP or NT Domains…] Select the user authentication domain configured in the General Settings in the LDAP and NT Authentication section.

- eurysco Domain: Fill in the New Password and Confirmation fields where the user security keyword is defined, in the case of an eurysco Domain user and therefore the application where eurysco will be the authentication provider.
- LDAP or NT Domain: The New Password and Confirmation fields will not be necessary to visible in the case of LDAP or NT domain.
- eurysco Domain: Fill in the New Password and Confirmation fields where the user security keyword is defined, in the case of an eurysco Domain user and therefore the application where eurysco will be the authentication provider.
Authentication: [Select Field: Local|Distributed] Select the type of authentication, Local if the user can authenticate only on the node where it is created, or Distributed if the user can authenticate on all nodes limited to any filters and Tags of the Group they belong to.Email: [String Field] Fill in the field with the user’s personal email address to enable OTP authentication via email. Configure SMTP Settings.
Overwrite Existing User: [Check Field] Check the field to overwrite existing users.

Edit User #
Click on the User Icon to open the following editing form:
Group: [Select Field: Administrators|Auditors|Operators|Users|Customized…] Select the Group to belong to assign required permissions for the user.
Domain: [Select Field: eurysco Domain|LDAP or NT Domains…] Select the user authentication domain configured in the General Settings in the LDAP and NT Authentication section.

Reset 2FA: [Check Field] Check the field to disassociate the user from the token and allow any new registration of 2 Factor Authentication method.
Delete User: [Check Field] Check the field to delete user.

Edit Multiple Users #
Using any filter it is possible to click on the Edit User(s) button and edit multiple users:

User Status #
The Status column shows the health status of each individual user and displays a message in case of problems or errors:

Built-In Administrator #
The Administrator is a Built-In user into eurysco with the following features:

- It has access to the Server role Databases.
- It has exclusive permission to change some critical settings.
- All its settings are read only except for the associated email, password and 2FA registration which can be reset.
- It is automatically deleted from nodes with the Agent role if the password has not been changed after installation.
- It cannot be deleted, recreated or overwritten from the interactive console.
